Instead of setting them aside while you make their bed for them, or sitting them at the table while you wash their dishes, you have to make them do each activity as realistically as possible.
They need to walk (moving their feet) to the door, open it with their hands, open the mailbox and wave hello to their neighbors. You can have them make their own beds, fluff their own pillows, straighten the rug, etc. This sounds simple, but it can get complicated! Try it and see what happens!
