Well, Suzanne is not bugging me at the food stand right now but that's mostly because I'm not AT the food stand yet. I'll head down there when I'm done with breakfast.
My house is a complete mess and we still have our Christmas things up in APRIL! I think my mom likes sleeping more than cleaning. But who doesn't, right?
Rebecca and Heather are over here right now after school and I think they are supposed to be doing their homework by memorizing their new poems, but they're telling ghost stories by the fire instead and it's making poor Peder miss his morning chores because they're too interesting. I should really get going soon too but I haven't written letters in so long!
How are you lately? Congrats on being the new town judge by the way! How do you like that? What cases have you helped out with so far? And have you had any interesting patients lately?
I actually caved in and bought tartan silk and sewed myself one of those new fashion dresses (I know, I'm CRAZY!!) but that's mostly because I actually have Scottish heritage (tartan!) and the dress style is my time period, so I'll probably use it as a ball gown and enter it in large stitchery at the county fair.
Write soon! Love, Kirsten
