I like the new stationary with the morning glories - it suits your personality. Is it new?
Anyway, we took Britta to her first singing lesson a few weeks ago and it seemed to go OK. Suzanne was pretty patient with her and is trying hard to get her to have a "sweet" voice rather than her current "rasp." So she hasn't practiced much but she's also not fighting against the idea of lessons, which is good. I think it helps that she thinks Rachel is also taking singing.
So not much is new around here - we've kind of been Spring cleaning and my Mom had this sudden urge to take control of the household and told me to draw more and each of my siblings have workbooks and daily assignments to keep 'em on their toes.
I guess it wore her out, because she's relaxing at the Grumpy Troll now with an iced tea. I know it's only March, but it was HOT out today! It made me think about the county fair, and how I used up all my "latest" handiwork on last years' contests. Guess I need to get painting and sewing sooner this year.
I plan to win the horse race this year, too. Last year was just a fluke, I think Blossom had something in her eye, that made her kinda confused, you know? Anyway, what's new up in Parkington-ville? Decorating? Holiday plans?
