You will need one cube of dark brown clay and a knife. The small packages of sculpey clay usually come in with three lines etched on the top. Using the knife, cut down one of these lines to get the cube.
Cut thin slabs off the end of the cube.
Using the knife, cut shallow grooves and lines into the top of the slab.
These slabs work perfectly as strips of beef for mouth-watering recipes. Lay the beef strips on a cookie sheet covered in wax paper and bake them at 215 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and let cool before using!
