Get a small notebook. This is your doll family's "bad book." Either your family's parents (if you have them) or the oldest sibling has complete responsibility for the bad book. Whenever someone misbehaves, is rude, calls someone names, or does something disobedient, they get written into the bad book. Even something like slamming the door or feeding pizza to the goats can be put in the bad book, just be sure you write it down while you're in the middle of playing! The "kids" are not allowed to read the bad book.
